The Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County (HCMOW) menu is developed through the combined efforts of the dietitian from our licensed kitchen and our own registered dietitian. Meals meet 1/3 of the daily nutrition requirements for older adults and are designed on caloric count, sodium content, and fiber. Participants offer input regarding meals through meal evaluations, new client surveys, and annual surveys.
