“There is a lot of people in need in our community, but also a lot of people who love to help. My favorite part of my job is connecting these two kinds of people and seeing the results: older adults living independently; isolated neighbors seeing people who care about them; and the satisfaction of donors who know they made that possible.”

Fortin Gage
Thank you to Amber Morgan and her team Fortin Gage Floral Design House & Boutique for collaborating with Meals on Wheels for a special community drive. And of course, thank you to the many individuals who donated vases this summer; the total amount raised was enough to purchase about 600 meals!
Point 32
This summer, the Dine Out Club hit an all-time high for meals served. Serving more than 3,500 meals in June alone, this milestone would not be possible without the assistance of charitable partners like the Point32Health Foundation. Their generous grant back in 2023 empowered HCMOW to grow to meet the increased demand for this club. Thank you so much, Point 32!
Concord Group Insurance Companies
Employees at Concord Group Insurance Companies stood up for their neighbors on Meals on Wheels by conducting a food drive during the month of September that filled seven boxes with shelf-stable supplements for our pantry bags. They matched the value of these items dollar for dollar as a direct donation to our services. We are so grateful to the charitable team at Concord Group Insurance!
